We believe that business centres provide a valuable service to both landlords and tenants and work best when there is a relationship between the two.
The yield achieved from a business centre can fluctuate, in good times they can make in excess of a 20% return from a building, but in the bad times they may only equal the yield achieved from a traditional leasing.

We can manage or lease your property or our property partners can purchase it. Whichever your preferred option is, we have one simple aim: we want to maximise the income generated by our Premises/Centres.
Instant Office Space will pay fees for successful introductions of applicants looking for office premises. We do not solely retain any agents. We leave the door open to all companies, whether locally based agents, Internet based directories or business bodies/institutions/chambers.
If you introduce a successful applicant to us, then we will pay you 10% of the monthly rent or licence fee obtained from that applicant up to a maximum of 12 months. This will be paid quarterly in advance.
All you need to do is fax or email the applicant's details to the relevant centre in order that we can check it against our database of previous applicants. Within two working days we will send back your fax or email with either the word accepted or rejected on it. It's as easy as that.
