Instant Office Space was founded by Jesper Andersen in 2001. Since then the company has grown organically to incorporate office buildings in a number of locations. Instant Office Space is recognised within the industry as one of the country’s finest serviced office providers.

Jesper Andersen is a Chartered Surveyor who qualified in 1994 and spent 6 years working in the West End of London working as an Investment, Development and Lettings Surveyor. In 2001 the opportunity arose to take on a business managing a run-down serviced office building in High Wycombe, with the option to buy the property. Within a year and on a restrictive budget, the building had been refurbished and had been transformed into a successful business.

In 2002 Jesper Andersen established a Joint Venture Partnership with Herons Park Investments Ltd, the owners of an empty building in Milton Keynes, in order to create a serviced office centre. Jesper Andersen project managed the fit out of this 20,000 sq ft building from empty open plan space to fully equipped and fitted out serviced office centre. Within 18 months the building was full and successful.

In 2006 Herons Park Investments bought two more buildings into the Joint Venture. In Camberley, Surrey we took a reverse premium on 19,000 sq ft of office space from an absent tenant and completely refurbished the property to create serviced offices. Instant Office Space project managed the work from start to finish. In Cardiff a building of 29,000 sq ft office building already being run as a serviced office centre was bought. Both of these properties are run and managed by the Joint Venture Partnership.

In October 2009 Instant Office Space consulted on the management of a 24,000 sq ft building in Stokenchurch, Oxfordshire on behalf of the owners. In February 2010 the management of the entire property was handed over to us and contracts are now out (22.04.10) with tenants to occupy almost 50% of the property.

Instant Office Space is unique in the serviced office market in that we undertake all work in house. We have in house expertise in areas including: IT, Project Management & Fit Outs, Legal Issues, Accounting and many more. Where we don’t have the expertise in house we work closely with companies who are our tenants, ensuring that we have a close two-way working relationship with them.
