Technology House is prominently located on western side of Silbury Boulevard, at its junction with North Second Street. It lies adjacent to the Forte Crest Travelodge and is a short walk to Milton Keynes main line station.

The centre provides furnished or unfurnished suites, which are available in sizes from 110sq ft upwards. The accommodation is set out over ground/mezzanine and upper two floors.

The office suites are available on flexible twelve months Licence Agreement incorporating a three month notice to break any time.
